Grounded in contemporary neuroscience as a Physiotherapist and Feldenkrais Method Practitioner, my work weaves movement, somatic practices, education, and reflection to explore how pain, protective responses, nervous system regulation, and embodied history shape experience and behavior.
This is a process of self-inquiry: learning about the organization of self through direct, embodied experience. By attending to patterns of tension, perception, and response, we begin to notice how our histories live in the body — and how, with awareness and curiosity, those patterns can shift.
At its heart, this work is about change, healing and growth — helping patterns of tension give way to ease, and supporting the whole person to find steadier, more effective ways of moving through life with a greater sense of freedom and choice.
